OTMS and office365

Has anyone converted their local Exchange to Office365 successfully in conjunction with OTMS? We are getting ready to move from a local Exchange environment to Office365. We are currently on OTMS 2.2 and OXE R11.2. I was wondering what complications if any you have found or was it pretty seamless? Does the MWI still light up like it should? Is there any delay when leaving messages? Any other anomalies?
