OS6450-SW-PERF License on a stack

Hi,

Just wanting to know if this license applies to all members of a stack or just the individual units? We need to apply this to a number of stacks and I want to ensure we purchase the correct number of these.
My suspicion is that it is a per-unit license and not for the whole stack.
