SYSTEM LOGS

Post by selectt »

HI

I have a potential power issue on site and trying to review the system logs.

My understanding is IF there is a power outage there is a 'last gasp message' which is stored within the switch can anyone direct me to where i can see these logs/messages.

Many thanks

Hi,
if there is a "normal" power down than there will be no file. If there is one crashdump or pmd-file you will find it direkt in /flash.

Hi,
switch logs are in swlog-files.
> show log swlog
or
> show log swlog timestamp ?
