OmniSwitch6450 Fails to Recover by Using Disaster Recovery USB

Gentlemen,
I have some serious issues with the OS6450. The switch is crashed, but can still be bootable to the Miniboot.
The flash can still be accessible, but the files in the flash are damaged.
I can re-format the flash. The flash looks good and still functioning.
But when I try to recover the switch by using the USB (I have all necessary files in it), the recovery process fails to copy the image files from the USB to the internal flash.
The copy process just copies partial of the file /uflash/6450/certified/KFbase.img to the /flash/certified directory.

Here is the error message:

The size of the KFbase.img is about 16MB - less than 200KB can be copied.

Do I miss anything or fail to do anything?

I just found the solution to the above problem.
It's really simple, gentlemen.
My previous USB stick was 1GB in size.
I tried a different USB stick with only 128MB.
Then it WORKS!
