Upgrade 10G Uplink

Hello,

I have 2 Activation code for upgrade OS 6450-48 Uplink 10G.
I access to https://service.esd.alcatel-lucent.com/ ... /OS6450Old but page show error 500.
Can some one help me other way to activate the code to my switch.
