My IC Web office in oxo

Hi Unleashed Team,

I have a oxo in our office with release 10.1 i have licenses for my ic web office users in local lan working fine but when i am trying to connect from out of the office then showing a error msg plz somebody help me ...(with port forwarding)

Can you ping oxo from outside?

i can't ping oxo directly because there is a router before oxo and i send port 80 WAN request to oxo ( port forwarding ) & when i enter public IP in browser then oxo web page come

Enable "WAN API Access" in the features of the user.
