Android cannot ping OTMS

Hi Guys,

My SIP phone, Sony Android and PC has been working perfectly in the OTMS setup until last week. Now the mobile phone (SONY) cannot see the server. The PC stills works perfectly with the app OpenTouch Conversation. The mobile can ping the OXE and ESxi but only fails to see the OTMS. This was setup by an Alcatel specialists (so i have limited knowledge) and i asked him if the Android licenses had not expired. He said not at all.
I tried another android mobile phone and its the same thing. The app i use is the OpenTouch Conversation. Would anyone have a clue?

What about the reverse proxy between your OpenTouch Conversation and your OpenTouch ???

There is no reverse proxy, we have an ADSL VPN to establish the connection between the OT conversation and the OT server. I connect to the OXE at ease and gateways are no problem on the same network.
