Hi,
I recently installed the otcv app on 2 iphones. The oxo has release 103/014.002 and 2 licenses for sip companion.
Everything works fine except the communication between 2 iphones.
For example 170 My ic mobile user calls 180 My IC mobile user through the OTCV APP . There is ringing but when 180 answers the call there is no voice.
Both of the OTCV iphone apps are connected to the enterpsrise wi-fi network inside the enterprise.
Is it normal to have no voice between 2 otcv users?
Thank you ,
Maria

Hi
As Frank wrote, it is not normal. I believe, as both iPhone are connected to the enterpise network, that something is blocking RTP packets, as you wrote the call is established. Check network blockings.
Wireshark traces are your friend in this case.
Best regards.
