Opentouch Voice Over IP and SIM Card

Good Afternoon

I've installed many OTCV for Iphone and Android without problem.

Now i have this issue With Samsung A3 2016

This smartphone mount android 6.0.1 and OpenTouch 2.20.05.2

Opentouch Voice Over IP works only without the SIM Card inserted.

I've tried with 3 brand new smartphone and the problem is the same...

Any idea to solve it?

Open eSR with ALE, your problem is quite specific and would need special treatment

I've not the possibility to do that, i'm an end user and our supplier refuse to do that.
Can you help me with this issue?

As said, this is a very very specific issue. Demand your provider, that is why you pay him. Someone here would have to have the exact same sets, same version, similar environment to yours to have an idea...that is highly unlikely.
Why do they refuse if you have such problem?
