IM - not operational

Hello,

Between, 2 users OT or 1 user OT and 1user OXE with OT rights, when I send an IM to an user, this user don't receive any popup, he has only a notification on his call log, as missed IM.

Why???

The OTMS release is 2.2.110.002.

It was because i had done a rehosting of the ACS Cluster. It's a bug. Alcatel will be correct it
