Hi everyone,
I have just installed OpenTouch Conversation (version 2.2.110.010) and OpenTouch Conversation integration for Microsoft Office (version 15.08.35) on a Windows 10 64-bit machine with all the availabile Windows updates. I also have Outlook 2016 installed.
I noticed that I can neither move nor "resize" (change start or end time) any Outlook calendar appointment: the mouse pointer doesn't change its icon when hovering over the start/end time line, and I cannot drag the whole appointment to another day or time in the day.
Disabling the OpenTouch Conversation add-in and restarting Outlook fix the issue; restoring the add-in results in the bug appearing again.
Is there any newer version available (I got it from a vendor)? Can I fix the issue in any way other than disabling the add-in?
Sorry for bothering you... is the 2.3.016 client "compatible" with a 2.2 server? I am running the 2.3.010 client and AFAICT it works flawlessly, except for the Outlook 2016 bug which is still there.
I have asked for a 2.3.016 client installer from the vendor, which seems reluctant to upgrade the server.
