Hi Friends,
i am trying to configure My Ic Anroid Mobile for Opentouch user. when i associating New MIC Anroid device to Opentouch user 8770 gives error as “Could not associate device with the user Demo User 2 OT due to Error from OT: Reverse proxy must be configured for mobile devices”
is it mandatory to have a reverse proxy for on-site mobility ?
please support me any one who did this successfully.
thank you.
Dinusha from sri lnka.

Hi,
You must fool the system. Create something there. I think I used same ICS address. Then it will work for internal users.

Hello,
you must manage system services -> Topology -> Reverse Proxy.
As Cav wrote. enter here you local fqdns when you don't have a RP .
You will see it work.
