OTCt PC user is not connecting to IPTouch phone

Post by rusintha »

Hi

I have installed otbe R2.0 (ot-2.0.200.031) following alcatel document.

Myic phone (as conversation user) and IPtoch (as connection user) are working fine.

But i can not make system work adding OTCt PC user to IPtoch 4028 as connection users.

IPtouch phones 4028 is working and I was able to login OTCt PC user account. But after login icon in task bar says "office phone mode" with cross icon and other options are disable. It seems user logged to otbe. but not sync/communicating with phone as nomadic SIP to make call from PC.

I have create Ghost -2 users - OXE
One sip user in OTBE as per Alcatel document.

About my self - i have implemented many BiCS systems (ACFE) and OTBE R1.0 / ICS -ACSE.
But this is first time with OBTE R2.
Could you please advice which one i missed in configuration part.

Cheers

I am sorry about your magic balls. But people who expert and experience in this area know about giving advice rather than going with magic stuff.

As expert I still have no clue what settings you may have entered on your devices and which exact error message.

Wonder if when you go to a doctor you just sit and he heals you by "magic" just on the right spot without you telling him anything except "something hurts..."

Same concept applies here. As you said you followed documents at least share your configuration inputs, logs, error messages...no one can help without proper information. Help us to help you.
