I found it and this was a help forum on Alcatel. I just asked a question for a problem, I'm not trying to hire anyone.

We all dont have hours to work for free on a new installation our clients pay money for this type of work, as you have stated this is your first and i wish you the best of luck with the install but i could be any amount of factors why this was not working.

First point download the docos they actually give you a step by step on how to do first setup.

Yes we help for free because is something we like to do, no one can force us to do anything.
You are right, you asked a question, I saw a quite basic one and assumed (my bad) you had no training. So I suggested to better hire a PS not for just that problem but for the whole solution as you may find much more issues and implementation.
But if you have that part controlled, nice, let's try to fix this then.
