8088 as OT user in OTMS

Hi.
Please let me know how is it possible to run 8088 as OT user in otms?
It is running well as OXE user but in OT user it stucks on login page and I do not know the exact username and password and if I insert username and password I got DM error for downloading config file.
Also Config file does not exist in DM directory.
Sol please guide me on :
1.how can I run 8088 in OT mode?I am looking for its configuration instruction.
2.what is the username and password on 8088 login page?
3.how is it possible to unlock a 8088 in OT mode?
