6860 EMP Port

what is the EMP (Ethernet Management Port)？
if configuration the EMP interface ip address,can i access to the switch in each port？

EMP is for out-of-band (OOB) management of the switches - independent from the rest of the network. You can use this for a separate L2 network to have a secure management access.
