How to improve quality for mobiVoIP and IPTV smartbox

Hi Guys,

My customer is a hotel, they use Stellar APs operating on enterprise mode.
OS6860E-------OS6350---------Stellar AP---------Wifi clients

Wifi Clients: +SmartPhone with mobi VoIP ( skype, kakaotalk on Korea)
+ Android box TV ( for connecting to their IPTV services provider on their country)

Just have one VLAN 10 for guest client ( both wired and wireless).

The connection for these services are not unstable on busy hours but the ISP say the bandwith to international is not full.
I try to use youtube or web which is very smooth.

Could you give me some advises for this issue?
