Boot up Error

Dear Guys
I had given the below mentioned commands to my switch and know the switch is not working properly. Kind guide me how can i bring the switch in working order.
Commands:-
ls -l
rm *
All directories were removed from the switch.
After that i power off the switch and again powered it on...and know its booting from which directory i dnt know. Please see the attached image.
Kindly help me to sort the issue out.

Hi,
with rm * you only delete files within the actual folder (but never use "rm -r *").
within working you can use "rm vc*".

Thanks for the reply.
I do not have alcatel flash. How its possible without flash.
I have a simple USB of king stone, so guide me how to bring up the switch.

Try to create folder "OS6860/certified" on stick put UOS in there.
Try.
If not:
get uRescue .img (see Silvios link) put that in root of USB Stick,
break boot and
"run rescue"

You probably killed to much files (why did you issue the commands in the beginning?)
