Iflastchange

Can you explain the OID iflastchange on os6860 port ?
I make port up and down but when i check with snmp object of iflastchange i see that the time on port is 109 days ...

which uptime did you see with cli command "show interface x/x/x"
Is it the same wrong time?

That should be the time, when the interface last changed. e.g link went up (or gone down)
