Lanpower system reset. failed

I have problem with os6350-p24.when in use "lanpower start 1" command i received this message.

what dose that mean?!

If I remember correctly than there was a problem in software. Make an update to the newest AOS 6.7.2R04 include FPGA and UBoot.

from the business partner portal. But if you haven't access you have to ask your distributer/seller of the switches.

I was update the OS to OS6350_6.7.2.113.R05 also OS6350_6.7.2_R02_Uboot_Miniboot and OS6350_6.7.1.146_FPGA but not solved.
Is there POE SW version update?
any idea?
