[Solved]Console concern

Hello
I just got an OS6350-P10 switch
I connect my linux using putty (9600/8/1/N) with serial/usb + alcaltel adapter + rj45 normal cable
When I power on the switch I can see a lot of lines displayed on putty screen
but I cannot enter any character ?
Xon/Xoff is enabled
what can be wrong ?
