OS6350 integration with NMS 2500

Dear Guys
Please help me out in this case.
Guide me the step by step configuration to be perform on os6350 so that it is discover able in NMS 2500. Please guide me the configuration of NMS which shall be needed so that all the network equipment is discover able.
