Oxe 10.1 Database

Post by STM »

Hi everyone,

Unfortunately i don't have a lot experience with the oxe pbx at all and a customer of the company i am working for would like to use a statistic we developed to analyse their call data.
Maybe someone can awnser the question if the oxe system normaly comes with a database to record calls (maybe MSSQL or other) and if the db is freely accessible for the db owner (our customer).
If this db exists, what i expect, does alcatel prevent changes like creating stored procedures on it or are we free to do modifications?

Thanks in advance

No way to access DB directly to do so, also OXE DB doesn't have this information. What you need is to generate tickets (IP or Serial output/License needed) and grab them to analyze. Search for Real Time ticketing and how to open DAT files. Also check documentation for structure of it. All that in the forum already.
