How can I get power supply information from AOS8 switches via SNMP?

Post by fkromer »

For AOS7 switches I can get via SNMP:

- chasEntPhysOperStatus: .1.3.6.1.4.1.6486.800.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.2 (up/down/testing/unknown/secondary/notPresent/unpowered/master)
- chasEntPhysModuleType: .1.3.6.1.4.1.6486.800.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.5 (device type -> Power Supply)
- chasEntPhysPowerType: 1.3.6.1.4.1.6486.800.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.36 (no/ac/dc)

I searched for the same info for AOS8 switches but only found

- chasEntPhysOperStatus: .1.3.6.1.4.1.6486.801.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.2 (up, down, testing, unknown, secondary, notPresent, unpowered, master, idle, pwrsave) http://www.circitor.fr/Mibs/Html/A/ALCA ... OperStatus
- chasEntPhysModuleType .1.3.6.1.4.1.6486.801.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.4 http://www.circitor.fr/Mibs/Html/A/ALCA ... ModuleType : "This object is the unique Module Type or ID from the entities eeprom". How can I discover the mapping of poyer supplies to IDs?

in ALCATEL-IND1-CHASSIS-MIB.

Is there an equivalent for chasEntPhysPowerType as well?
