OS6860 synchronization failed

Hi,

I have OS6860 X8 in VC when i execute

write memory flash synchro I’m getting below error

What could be the possible reason ?

in the knowledge base at ALE I have found the following:

This error message "ERROR: Copy running to certified succeeded; secondary synchronization failed" is seen, since there are few unwanted files and old pmd files present in the flash directory which fails to synchronize with master chassis.

Solution:
Once deleting the unwanted files, synchronization from the master chassis will be successful.
