Not able to remove Signature Profil from OS6860E

Hi guys,
NMS 2500 V 4.2.2 R01 is driving me nuts.
I assigned a Signature profil with latest update of signature file to some OS6860 switches last December.
But now, when I try to remove the profile from a switch the following error message always occurs:

"An error occured while processing the JMS Request"

Any idea of what´s wrong?
