Stellar 1101 can not managed on OV2500NMS 4.2.2-R01

Hi Guys,

Now i am having an issue with Stellar 1101 on OV2500NMS 4.2.2R01, Stellar's status is unlicensed so OV2500NMS can not manage, would you tell me how to fix it?
Please see images attached for more detail.

I use filezilla for connecting to OV2500 by ftp protocol but i can not access, why ??? Before i had use filezilla to download log file from OV2500 but this time it is not working ???

Collect Log Files - Collects all log files from a specific date to the current date. Enter
the date from which you want to collect log files in dd-MM-yyyy format (e.g., 10-15-2016)
and press Enter. When finished, a "Collecting completed" message is displayed. The log
files are stored in a zip file in the "logs" Directory with the date and time the logs were
collected appended to the file name (e.g., ovlogs-15-10-2016_12-04-18.zip). SFTP to
the VA using the "cliadmin" username and password to view the log files (Port 22).
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

Please ensure to upgrade OV422 to Build 115 Patch 2 and your APs to 3.0.2.2078.
