Changing web certificate

Post by asalgueiro »

Hi guys,

I'm just finishing a OmniVista 4.3R1 installation, and my customer asked me if the web certificate can be changed to a new one signed-in by a internal CA.
After reading the documentation I can not understand how to generate the *.csr file to be signed by CA, the only information in the pdf file (OV2500_NMS-E_4.3.R1_Installation_and_UpgradeGuide_RevB.pdf) is:

"Update OmniVista Web Server SSL Certificate
To update the OmniVista Web Server SSL Certificate, you must first generate a *.crt and *.key file and use an SFTP Client to upload the files to the VA. Make sure the destination directory is “keys”

Any ideas ?

Thanks,
André
