Only one ring and call drops

Hello:

I have a h323 link between an OXE (R9.0) and Avaya PBX. The link is up, when we call from OXE to Avaya the call is OK. The problem is on an incoming call from the Avaya. It only rings once and the call disconnect. If you pick up the call during that period, you can talk normally.

This is trace for an incoming call. Just after the ALERT you get like 4-5 seconds to answer the call, if you don´t pick up you get the RELEASE signal from the AVAYA.

What could be happening?
