thanks a lot, but my problem is that the SIP register msg is NOT received on OXE, so i want to isolate the problem and check if the register msg is received on OXE (although not shown in traced that a phone is trying to register), or there is a firewall between phone and OXE blocking the SIP msgs.

So is there a utility on OXE (other than traced) to check if a phone tried to register on OXE or not (i.e. a msg received on OXE or not reached to OXE at all) ?

strange with same config i register as sipextension and device
but you have debug utility on 3cx phone (menu key )

one last thing your istallation is new isn't it ?
so i presume linux data(ip parametre ) are lost
if you ping from your pc oxe does't replay ? if not
netadmin -m
create static route

i reproduce same issue phone can't register , and no register message in traced by deleting the static route to my pc from netadmin -m

yes it is new installation.

ping from PC to OXE and from OXE to PC is ok.

debug on my phone seems ok, except i do not have your last debug msg "phone is now connected" as it is not registered:

Have you configured the proxy and gateway?
