Remote to Remote H323 Calls Not Working

Hi,

I have 6 IPTouch 4028 phones on an OmniPCX V4.1. Two of the IP Phones are on the local LAN with the OmniPCX and four are at the end of broadband connections for remote workers. When the remote users call anyone in the office, then it works fine (most of the time). Anyone calling an IP Phone also tends to have a good call. The issue comes when one remote user attempts to dial another remote user - it just doesn't work!

Is there anything that we need to enable or do to make this work??

What do ytou mean by doesnt work, can you explain more?

When you a remote user call the other, What happens?, the called rings?, the caller hear a ringin tone?, what happens?

Is there OXE or OXO, both systems are omnipcx.

Try to disable direct RTP. See what happens.

I would say its a firewall routing issue, i have had his before, the remote firewall that is routing does not have route info for the other remote networks, widen the subnet on the VPN config
