disabling t30 fax protocol in OmniPCX Enterprise R9.0

Hi All,
We are using an IVR software to send and receive Fax Pages. In this implementation, the IVR software connects to OmniPCX Enterprise R9.0 h1.301.34 as a SIP Extension, and we have PSTN incoming calls from a ISDN-PRI-E1 .

Unfortunately our IVR software does not support T.38 protocol but it can send/receive faxes using traditional analogue T.30 fax protocol.

We want to know how we can disable T.38 protocol to receive original voices on the line. Note that we are using G.711 compression for IVR SIP calls, and the IVR server is located on the same LAN with the OXE.
We have also read your "Modem- Fax and Data Transparency over IP.pdf" document, and we have configured OXE as this document describes to enable Fax Transparency over IP, but we still receive T.38 invite SIP message as below on our IVR server when a fax call starts.

Today it's not possible to disable the switch to T.38 for SIP, it's only possible for H323.
