actis problem

After backup OPS files in OXE, I try import with Actis .zip and I have the next mistake: Invalid file not a PKzip file.
Any idea ??
i try the 7-zip but not work

reload it from the pbx.

make sure you transfer from PCX in binary mode esle you get these errors.
