unable to download Net Price List

I was unable to download Net Price List from Actis page this error message popup when i try to download the file
" You are not allowed to see this functionality of eBuy web site. Please contact your administrator for details."
kindly help to fix this problem

You have no rights (with your BPWS account). How we can help you? Ask your administrator (person in your company - who can update your rights)
