omniaccess stellar ap1101 new to this AP

Two questions.
1. How do you apply NMAC filtering?

2. one of my client's is with no internet he gets a DNS of 1.1.1.1 instead of our DNS server like all other clients
any ideas what to do. seems like its blocked but not in Blacklist.

1/ Go to Web Management on AP -->Tab Access-->Black List & White List--> Add Mac adds
2/ Client can set DNS server manually. You can creat a access list to deny access from lan to 1.1.1.1
