IS LUCENT 4019 AN IP PHONE?

Please i need a quick response.

My company just got 40 units of lucent 4019 desk phones. Please is this phone an IP Phone. Does it have function for voip.

No, only sets that end with 8 are Ip. A 9 digit at the end means is digital
