can´t download activeX ssl vpn client 1.0

Hello everybody, I have a fortigate 200A and set my ssl access intranet and the Web services work well with the exception of connection with my server unified comunication as mentioned in another post, the problem is that when I try to activate SSL-VPN tunnel mode need to download the ActiveX I returned to the screen where I sought login and password and never download the ActiveX so I can not establish the tunnel... It may be that? Thanks for the help and happy new year!
