Alcatel omnipcx

We are in need of alcatel omnipcx PM5 software application, anyone has? Also our alcatel omnipcx digital line UAI Board terminal 3 went dead, we plug the phone direct to the PBX port 3 no tone, dead. What do we do? Need your help.

As you keep posting on "Contracts" section some will contact you and send you a bill for support.
