Is this made directly on the phone?

Usually when you have callback request you can:
- lift handset and wait callback (can be problem when requested user unreachable)
- or dial prefix "Consult callback list" (prefix must exist and feature allowed in Phone feature COS)

I have reached that option, On "Consult Call Back List" and Last Caller Call back i got '0'

Where can i check the prefix list ?

Consult callback list must be enabled (1)
Prefix list - Translator/ Prefix plan.

About the Prefix, i know there is some *something created but i cannot see a list of it? on the prefix plan it says i got noting created.
