Collective Speed Dial Problem

Post by amit_sharma29 »

Hi,

On one of OXO sites, I am facing issues with Collective Speed Dial feature. There are few user's mobile numbers configured in Collective Speed Dial with unique codes. Recently, service provider changed the trunk technology from TDM to IP and after that below issue has popped up:

When user calls from mobile to landline then only mobile number is displayed, not name but when we call user's mobile from landline then name is displayed. So, now client wants name to be displayed in FIRST case as well. And this was working fine until PRI was on TDM but after shifting to IP, this feature has stopped working. Kindly provide your inputs.

Attaching screenshot for current configuration for reference.

But as far as I know, sending names for Speed Dial is a feature of PBX not trunk group....Correct me if I am wrong.

How Change in trunk number will affect the Collective Speed Dial Name transmission??
