Am I the only person in the world using OA5510?

I was just wondering if some of you are using it or have been using it in the past..
And I was also wondering what is your impression - what problems did you have, if any ?:)

Congratulations Milenski, you've found someone who is not having much joy as well. I have one I'm playing with at the moment to set it up as a sip alg on a OXE. My area is the OXE but our company has a network engineer who is trying to get his head around ithe 5510. what are you trying to use it for? I hope Sip to oxe and then we may be able to share configs. The only thing we know for sure is the doc's are very light. I have a sr open at the moment and the support thinks the issue is the oxe but if we connect the oxe directly to the provider all works fine. I get no ring tone on outgoing calls and incoming calls won't clear down correctly with the alg in place. similar?

We are about to use a lot (200+) of these routers within the next couple of months connected to an OXE.

Ok just an update, Alcatel have accepted that the SIP ALG is not opening pinholes correctly and are now looking at fixing it.
Quite a battle for them to accept that the ALG was the fault but they also have another case with similar issues on the go.
I will update with details of the fix (hopefully).

issues seem resolved with my testing on beta software and I have also checked on released version of R3.0 and ALG seems good for sip now.

Is there a way to easily disable SIP-ALG as this is causing issues with a lot of the more modern VoIP Providers?
