Hi.
We have a TAPI server 3.3.4 installation at a customer and the connection from the TAPI server to the PBX works well. But we have problem with the TAPI lines from the end users to the TAPI server. The connection is lost on daily bases to the TAPI server.
Is there no “thick” Alcatel-Lucent TAPI client on the end user to install instead of Windows “tcmsetup”?
We have also tried TapiConfig.exe as client but there seems to be we se no diffrence compared to installed with tcmsetup

It's an old message but I have exactly the same problem!
AN alternative to tcmsetup?
