I am planning to upgrade to new R12.2
steps to rebuild the DB before you back it up and install on the Rel 12.x system

Strange - you can find SW R12.2 and can't find Technical Bulletin about R12.2 installation procedure?

The password is right in the TC2456 as mentioned by @alexeik ...
