Turn off Identity secrecy on 4028 handset - Help

Hello,

We have about 1500 handsets the majority of which are the 4028 model.
We have OmniVista 8770.

My problem is I have 3 users who when they dial 9 for an outside line they get a message on the screen saying "Identity secrecy" and then their number is withheld from whoever they call.

Can someone please tell me how I turn this off?
Is it through OmniVista 8770 or do I need to type in some key combination on their handset?

I've looked all over OmniVista 8770 and can't locate how to turn off this feature.

Dial prefix - External Feature/ Secret Identity.

I'm not 100% sure how I get into Dial prefix. I can't find that section in the OmniVista 8770 software.

You can create (in Translator/ Prefix plan) this prefix.

In Omnivista go to Users/Dynamic state user/Consistant with Identity
This should be ticked for the 'Identity Secret' to be OFF (i.e for them to show there number)

Hi,

Thanks for all the suggestions but none of them worked for me.
I ended up deleting the phone from Omnivista and re-creating it. It's working fine now.
