OTC - Skype Addon - Do not start OTC

Dear all,

We are using OTC 2.3.100.059 on Windows Computers and we are using the Skype addon. So every time we run Skype for Business the addon is loaded as well and tries to connect. We do have users who want to use Skype but they do not need and want OTC loaded. Is there an option to avoid this or to cancel the appropriate task? Currently the addon is open in task bar and is frustrating the users.
