Sending number between sip trunk to another T2 trunk

Hi Everyone,
I've got a problem with an oxe to send a sequence received from a private sip trunk to public T2 line.

This sequence is a public number like 0 01xxxxxxxx. So the first 0 corresponding to an ars to send number to a t2 line.
On tcpdump with wireshark, oxe respond with 488 not acceptable here.

Any idea to fix the problem? I checked the connection cos between these two trunk and everything is fine.
