pimphony ip media with audio very low

I installed OXO, release 820.030, pimphony 6.5 IP media, on multiple computers and all of them the sound are very low.

I tested several headset (Plantronics, Microsoft...) and all of them the same problem.

I tested all the windows sound settings, but whom I called, he listened very very low. I called for a analog set.

If I increase the volume in Windows, I listen distorted on analog set.

As the maximum volume that the system supports has been reached, if increase, distorts!

Anyone have this problem?

I have exactly the same problem on release 820/026.007. I am curious if Relese 9.x has the same problem, so that I can upgrade the system. The problem is that I don't have R9 licenses for Pimphony to try it.

Hi,

i had the same problem. Disable the "echo cancellation" in the Audiosettings of Pimphony.
That was the solution for me and evething work fine.

I am having the same problem. Extremely low volume from Pimphony Multimedia.
OXO is R10.1 and Pimphony 6.8.

I didn´t find echo cancellation configuration in Pimphony (as suggested above), I tried to change it from VoIP parameters in OXO configuration with no positive result.

Have anyone else faced this problem??? Any other recomendation??

I found where to change Echo cancellation from Pimphony and that solved the problem.

When trying to configure echo cancellation i always get attached error un many computers, anybody knows how to solve it ? It is runtime error when openning audio settings
