Calls from OXE to IP Avaya server disconnect

Post by poposami »

We are facing outgoing calls disconnection from oxe to Avaya after few seconds.
Whereas calls from Avaya to OXE are okay.Below is call flow where oxe does not acknowledge 200 OK sdp from Avaya
and eventually call is released with bye from Avaya.
I would appreciate suggestions ASAP as customer is very upset.
Help is needed ASAP
Thanks in advance.

ok in a preview topic we have you pcap wireshark and you have a 180 ringing with sdp witch in some case very Strange
make some traces in OXE side and paste the outputs
command are
> motortrace 3
> traced
of corse after executting those two command , run a call

Calls were made from OXE and also from Avaya side.
Tomorrow I will post trace:
-when call is from oxe to Avaya.
-Call from avaya to OXE.
As you know from my previous post disconnection happens when call is initiated from OXE.
In trace there are lot of 200 ok sdp messages which are not acknowledged by OXE which as per avaya Engineer is reason of call disconnection bye message from avaya.

OXE is replayin by a PRACK ? SO TRY TO MAKE AVAYA TO SEND A 183 Progress instead of a 180 ring
