OXEwbm - OmniPCX Enterprise Management v12 manual

Hi to everyone, this is my first 3d. I'm a ICT tech that trying to understood how to manage the OmniPCX Enterprise Management.
The system as been setting up from a previous colleague who doesn't leave any documentations about.
I've tried to find a manual of it but without success. Using smart thinking, I've done some little operations but isn't enough.
Were I can find a complete manual? If not available, please, help me about:
- re-assignment of a device (the only functional method that I find is force delete the user... but isn't practical)
- how to create a group device (I've tried but the error is "denied: Multiline App.")

I appreciate any help about it...

device members of a huntgroup should not be a multiline set
