Flash Synchronization failed in Secondary Stack of OS 6350

HI team and all

I am facing the below issue , please help me resolve it

OS6350-> write memory flash-synchro
File /flash/working/boot.cfg replaced.
This file may be overwritten if "takeover" is executed before "certify"
Setting CERTIFY Timeout for 800 seconds
from /flash/working to /flash/certified
Copying boot.cfg .................... completed

CERTIFY process completed successfully
Flash Synchronization process started
+++ == CSM == Stack 1 Certify process Completed
+++ == CSM == Stack 2 Certify process Failed
Flash Synchronization failed
ERROR: Attempt to copy working to cert w/flash synchr failed

While this commands show that this :

OS6350-> show running-directory

CONFIGURATION STATUS
Running CMM : PRIMARY,
CMM Mode : DUAL CMMs,
Current CMM Slot : 1,
Running configuration : WORKING,
Certify/Restore Status : CERTIFIED
SYNCHRONIZATION STATUS
Flash Between CMMs : SYNCHRONIZED,
Running Configuration : SYNCHRONIZED,
Stacks Reload on Takeover: PRIMARY ONLY

check in chassis 2 the flash.

rls 2 /flash
rls 2 /flash/working etc.

remove unwanted/old/pmd.... files
rrm ...

than try again with copy flash-synchro

Dear Silvio ,

rls 2 /flash : using this command switch got rebooted but after that is it working fine , but it is rebooted with that command ??

rls - is remote list
Normaly this should no reason for reboot. So I recommend to update the stack to the newest release.

Yes it should not be rebooted but it is rebooted twice and services got impacted also , after that it is ok .

firmware is also updated one

the firmware is a new one. Maybe there are pmd-files. Maybe you will find informations in the log about the reason.
You should open a ticket at ALE.

Check via console port what the affected switch does before it reloads for "no reason".
